We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied. If the product does not work as advertised in any capacity or it causes unintended side effects, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery

1) Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date

  • The product must either:

    • Fail to work as advertised in any capacity, or

    • Cause unintended side effects when used as directed.

  • Limit one refund per customer/household.

Not eligible for a refund:

  • Not liking the flavor/taste or flavor preference.

  • Ordering the wrong item or “changed my mind” buyer’s remorse.

  • Issues caused by use not in accordance with directions.

2) How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, contact us through our Contact page within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number

  • Email used at checkout

  • The reason for your request (short is fine)

3) Side Effects

If you experience unintended side effects, stop using the product and contact a healthcare professional if needed. Then contact us so we can help and document the issue.

4) Returns

For safety reasons, we may not require returns of opened consumable products. If a return is required (example: unopened items), we’ll provide return instructions.

5) Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and items. We’ll replace it or refund it.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 3–7 business days (your bank may take longer).
